Our Staff
Our wonderful teachers are kind, loving and creative. They engage the children in learning using crafts, stories and songs. Most of the lead teachers have college degrees in Early Education or a related field and experience teaching in public schools or preschools. In addition to being great teachers, many of the CPP staff members are also mothers whose children have attended Chester Presbyterian Preschool. They know what is expected in elementary school and they love preparing children for kindergarten!

Mrs. Kim Hopkins
'Mrs. Kim' joined the Chester Presbyterian Church Preschool team in August, 2011. She is responsible for the operational management of the preschool, event planning, coordinating with teachers and providing information to the families about the preschool. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a major in Psychology an a minor in Business. She has experience in Training, Communications, Marketing and Public Relations. Kim and her husband grew up in the Chester area and have been members of CPC since 2003.
