Registration Information
General Requirements

Must submit a copy of child's current physical exam and an immunization record on state approved form before the first day

Must provide child's original birth certificate before the first day

Must be toilet trained
Open enrollment begins in January for the next school year.
Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Once an age group is full, we will use a waiting list .
