Registration  Information

General Requirements

  • Must submit a copy of child's current physical exam and an immunization record on state approved form before the first day
     

  • Must provide child's original birth certificate before the first day
     

  • Must be toilet trained

Open enrollment begins in January for the next school year.

Space is available on a first come, first served basis.   Once an age group is full, we will use a waiting list .
